There are thousands of NGOs and Trusts willing to help their monetary requirements; to fulfill their every need in terms of the basics. What they seek for, what they yearn for; a few soothing words of assurance, a part of appreciation on the back, a hand to hold onto and a shoulder to lean on; this is all that Steeping Stones hopes to provide.
We hope not to fill their pockets with money but to load their hearts with so much love as they will never feel bereft of happiness and joy; and a companion to share it with. We aren’t looking for stones to build steps but hands to join together and form the ladder on which they can walk up to glory.
Padikkattugal is an organization for those people, who possess true passion for uplifting the needy. Run completely by Alumnis and students of colleges, this organization helps connect the needy and those who are ready to do the needful, those who are willing to do what they can to see their society in a position where they can be proud of its development and stature.
Sounds very cliché, doesn’t it? “Just another so called ‘organization’ to fool the gullible”; isn’t that the first thought that rises? But stepping stones is not about money; it is not just about providing monetary support but about having enough love and affection to share with everyone.
