WE WELCOME YOUR DONATION

     Every person contributing Rs.100/- per month is eligible to become a member; every member shall have the right to take part in and supervise the day to day trust activities. Every member can lead; every member should contribute their effort and time. Receipts will be given for the amounts contributed on an annual basis; this receipt can be used to claim a percentage of such contribution as deduction for IT purposes. Every member shall receive through mail, details pertaining to contribution in hand, contributions received, contribution spent, contribution proposed to be spent in near future, purposes for which the contributions are to be used, contributions spent for procuring materials and other accounting details. The same shall also be available in our website. This is to ensure transparency and promote accountability towards members and to provide them with confidence on the organisation’s genuineness.

     Those members who are in or about to enter into employment, self employed entrepreneurs, friends, relatives and acquaintances may contribute a minimum amount of Rs.100/- to the Bank Account in the name of Stepping Stones. The amount can also be contributed in person, through friends, through internet banking, etc. The contributions have to be sent within the 10th of every month. Reminders and alerts will be sent through SMS and e-mails.

    To monitor the contributions received, a Fund committee consisting of an Auditor, a Legal Adviser and our members will be constituted. Funds will be transfer only with the signature of atleast three members. Further, Fund Account, Receipts and Payments and other Accounting details shall be sent to every member through mail. A separate committee shall be constituted to take care of distributing the collected funds for proper purposes through proper channels

     Contribution:- Contributions may be given either every month or cumulatively. For example as Rs.600/- every half year. Rs.100/- per month is a mandatory amount; higher amounts may be contributed at the convenience of the members. Receipts shall be given for the amounts contributed throughout the year at the end of every year. As stated before, contributions may be sent in through any of the methods mentioned above and receipts may be kept safe for future purposes.
